Dear Friends Happy Easter the Lord is risen!

You will recall that Ray had been ordered to appear in court last year on 23 June 2025, to answer to the charge of Criminal Damage (ref Criminal Damage Act 1971).  On the day, Ray went to the Court in the morning and was ready to present his defence but was informed that the case was cancelled and his case dropped.  The Crown Prosecution Service, CPS, did not want to proceed.  He received a written notice of the cancellation but too late and after he had left home to appear in Court. He thanks all those who came that morning to offer support. The CPS is not noted for its efficiency.

Last month, on 31 March, the Tuesday of Holy Week Ray again climbed the steps of the Ministry of Defence to mark the wall and witness to the crime of nuclear war preparations and the willingness of this Government to use Trident D5 missiles on our ‘enemies’, whoever they may be at the time.
